Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexbic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or are used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, impersonates any person or entity, infringes upon the rights of others, or interferes with the proper working of the Service. Prohibited activities include uploading malicious code, engaging in denial-of-service attacks, and attempting to bypass our security measures.
API Terms
Use of the Nexbic API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as specified in your plan. You may not use the API in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volume or constitutes excessive or abusive usage. We reserve the right to throttle or block API access that negatively impacts Service stability. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or embedded in publicly accessible code.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Nexbic, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and limitations of liability.
